My ABFX is your personal gateway within ABFX where you can open trading accounts, download trading platforms, upload your verification documents, deposit and withdraw funds, sign up for webinars and much more.

to register with ABFX.

You should note that you are only allowed to open one My ABFX account. You can open
additional trading accounts and access other products and services in My ABFX.
A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required to confirm any request to open an account or change password. Your PIN will be sent via both email and SMS, you will need to enter one of the PINs in order to proceed.

You can amend the name by sending us an email to support@abfxmarkets.com explaining why you wish to change it and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will then contact you regarding the status of your request.
To change your email address or phone number, please access your User Profile page in My ABFX, click ‘Change’ under the ‘Actions’ column and follow the steps.
You can amend your residential address by sending us an email with a copy of your
proof of residence document attached. We will then update your profile.

To customise your subscriptions, visit the Manage Subscriptions page in My ABFX. Please note, you will not be able to unsubscribe from required communication regarding your trading activity.

Once you upload all your documents, it can take up to 20 minutes during working hours to 24 hours to verify your profile.
If your (utility) bills are not in your name, you can send us a copy of a recent
bank statement (no more than 6 months old) to use as your proof of address.
If you do not have any of the above, please provide us with an official document
that states your name and residential address or send an email to
support@abfxmarkets.com
